Presentation Guidelines

The speakers of all accepted papers, both oral presentations and posters, must physically present on site, in Denver.

As it was agreed by all authors during the extended abstract/paper submission process, speakers will be recorded during their talks/poster presentations, and the recording will be posted on MHV website, YouTube or similar venues.

1) Oral Presentations:

  • The length of oral presentation should be 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the main talk + 5 minutes for Q&A; 

  • No specific slide template is required;

  • The presentation slides should be prepared in the Microsoft PowerPoint widescreen format;

  • The speakers should ensure that their slides are clearly and smoothly played/displayed on the MHV equipment prior to each presentation session;

  • No sale pitches, promotions, advertisements, etc. are allowed!

2) Poster Presentations:

  • Poster must be printed in the A0 format: 33.1 inch x 46.8 inch / 841 mm x 1189 mm;

  • Posters can be printed in either "Portrait" or "Landscape" mode;

  • Poster presenters must be in proximity to their posters during the whole poster session (either Poster Session 1 or 2);

  • No sale pitches, promotions, advertisements, etc. are allowed!
