Presentation Guidelines
The speakers of all accepted papers must physically present on site, in Denver.

As it was agreed by all authors during the extended abstract/paper submission process, speakers will be recorded during their talks/poster presentations, and the recording will be posted on MHV website, YouTube or similar venues.
Oral Presentations:
-
The length of oral presentation should be 15 minutes at the most: 12 minutes for the main talk + 3 minutes for Q&A;
-
No specific slide template is required;
-
The presentation slides should be prepared in the Microsoft PowerPoint widescreen format;
-
At the MHV/2024, the slides will be presented by using a MHV dedicated laptop, so all authors are required to provide their presentation slides by email to dgrois@acm.org a week prior to the MHV/2024 conference;
-
The speakers should ensure that their slides are clearly and smoothly played/displayed on the MHV equipment prior to each presentation session;
-
No sale pitches, promotions, advertisements, etc. are allowed!
